About Kalara Kalara is an Australian small business based in the Yarra Ranges, Victoria. All products are handmade to order by one person.

Orders All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

By placing an order you confirm that all information provided — including photo uploads and personalisation details — is accurate. Kalara is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied information.

Pricing All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Payment Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system. Kalara does not store your payment information.

Intellectual Property By uploading photos to Kalara, you confirm that you have the right to use those images and that they do not infringe any third party's rights. Kalara will not use your uploaded photos for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

All other content on this Site — including images, copy, and branding — is owned by Kalara and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Kalara's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the order in question.
