Returns & Refunds
Personalised Orders
Because personalised products are made to order specifically for you, we don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on these items. Please double-check your order details — including names, photo uploads, and product selection — before placing your order. That said, if something's not right on our end, we'll redo it or refund you — just get in touch.
All Other Orders
For all other products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us via the contact form on our website before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order using the contact form on our website with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll assess and arrange a replacement at no cost to you. We don't offer refunds for damaged or incorrect orders — replacements only.
What We Can't Cover
We're unable to offer replacements or refunds for:
- Errors in information provided by the customer (e.g. incorrect names or poor quality photo uploads)
- Damage caused after delivery
- Delays caused by Australia Post
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law regardless of our policy.
