Processing Time
All custom orders are handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be made before it's dispatched or ready for collection.

Shipping
We ship within Australia only, from Kilsyth, Victoria via Australia Post. At checkout you can choose between Standard or Express shipping.

Flat rate shipping costs:

• Standard: $10.95
• Express: $13.95

Shipping rates are subject to change.

As a guide, Australia Post's estimated delivery times from Melbourne are:

• Standard: 2–6 business days depending on your location
• Express: 1–3 business days depending on your location

Please note these are Australia Post's estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays during busy periods (Christmas, public holidays) may occur.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it on its way to you.

Local Collection
Free local collection is available from Upwey Newsagency, 18 Main Street, Upwey VIC 3158. Select this option at checkout. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready to collect — please wait for this confirmation before heading in.

Collection hours
Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
Saturday: 7am – 2pm
Sunday: Closed

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to Australia Post, Kalara is not responsible for delays or lost parcels. If you're concerned about your delivery, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number. We're happy to help where we can.
